Math – Lesson 8-5 Using the minus sign

The children had Movement today.  Today I introduced the children to Brainzy.  It is part of the web site Education.Com.  It has a math, and reading component and a wealth of worksheets and workbooks.  This site I pay for and you will need my sign on to get to my class and your child.  All the children today spent a fair amout of time exploring the Games part which is where the reading and math subjects are.  It has a very good phonics part which I encourage you to use if your child still is learning their sounds.

Sign in using:
User Name – Mando2802
Password – bigragu
Click on Games at the far left and Go to your Dashboard
Your should see your childs name and progress.

Please note that there is a Pre-School, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade.  Please start with kinder and use your judgment for 1st grade.  By all means move on to 1st grade when ready and also back to pre-school if your child needs to step back a little.  Let me know if you have any problems.
