Day 165 Happy Last Day of School

Chapel where we recognized our kinder grads, moving-up 5th graders, and our leaving Middle Schoolers for High School.  Congratulations to all.

We also recognized our Summer Birthday kiddoes Cormac, Nathan, and Nicholas.

Then it was off to Field Day. No one got hurt from our class, at least.

I have so enjoyed this year with your children and wishing well to those leaving Hillside and looking forward to all the familiar faces, in the fall.

Reminder, there is a Duvall Days work party after school on Thursday and maybe Friday to make signs. Would love help!
Kiddos will be decorating posterboards that goes with our theme of “Why we love Hillside.” The posterboards will be white, about 22″ x 28″ inches, while the decorations that kids can cut, glue, and paste to their boards will be (mostly) Hillside’s blue and green. If students don’t finish their posters on Thursday, they’re welcome to come back for the second work party on Friday to wrap them up.
