Today we read What Has A Tail?.  Since Puff’s passing they have asked about heaven. So I also read the book is Heaven Is A Wonderful Place.  In handwriting we talked about and practiced paragraphs.  Some children finished their February Memory book, and others who were finished began or finished their Explode the Code Lesson 10 workbooks.  Free choice time was making valentine cards.

The children had music today and in Math it was lesson 9-2.  In Science we began our new unit, Balls and Ramps.  Today was an intro to the subject and beginning our observation book looking at the types of balls and the properties of each type they suggested.
