Today we read Rabbits in class. In handwriting it was lowercase “v” with a sentence writing exercise.  The children had PE today with Mr. Ken.  It was Explode the Code Online after lunch and a math benchmark assessment for all our units from one to four. It’s a look back to see that the child has retained the concepts in these lessons.  Please take a moment to review the grades.  Some areas that children have problems with in this first quarter are:

•      Counting numbers in the 11-20 range
•      The concept of fewer and more in the range 1 and 2 fewer or more than a given number.
• In a sequence of objects.  What object is first, second, third or forth?

We had a quick twenty minute Christmas play practice with Miss Rachel at the end of the day.

Please get the children’s permission slips back to me for The Wizard of Oz.  I sent an email out to all parents noting which parents are coming and how many adult tickets they wanted.  Please insure it is correct.
