We started our day with pledge and prayer and got moving with Go Noodle.

Math – Envision Math/IXL Math
K – Lesson 1-1 Counting 1, 2, 3
1st – Lesson 1-1 Spatial patterns to 10

Reading – Leveled readers and for our new Kinder readers All Kinds of Faces.  Papa Gary in to mentor read with the students.

Word of the Day – K – “the”
1st – Language Review – Finish the sentence and fix the sentence.  Beginning sentences with a capital and punctuation.

Handwriting – K – Uppercase “E” and write some”E” words
1st – Lowercase “o” with a sentence and some “o” words

Writing Prompt -K/1 – Write three supplies you need for school.

HOMEWORK –
K – Reading their daily reader to someone at home.  I do encourage them to use Raz-kids, Headsprouts, IXL Math and Brainzy reading/math.
1st Grade only – Reading – their daily reader or a book of their choice
Math – Daily worksheets (5)   to be returned next Friday, They do count toward their grade
Spelling – Practice pg (8) Short “a” for test next Friday.  Please ensure they write the words as they practice.  I will ask on occasion for them to bring in so I can see they are doing the exercises.  There are some pages before page (8) which they should do over the next week or so to catch up.

We made our bus trip to Taylor Park and finished our day.
