Reading – We took a little time out first thing to watch a couple King County Library books on video.  The kinder book today was Fruit.

Handwriting – K had capital “B” along with find some “B” words in the room and 1st had lowercase “v” along with some “v” words sentences.

Specialist – PE with Miss Sara

Math – K Lesson 2-1 More, Fewer and the Same.  1st had their end of Unit 1 assessment and 2nd Grade Math had Intro to Guided Math.

Social Studies/Science – Let’s Find Out about Apples and All About Our Classroom Community.

Spelling – For Kinder I tried a spelling assessment and I could tell we were not ready yet for spelling so we will put that off for a little while.  In 1st I did conduct  their spelling test.  Results next week.  1st has a new spelling list for next week along with a new 80 minute reading log for next week.

Our Library visits will start in November as the librarian will be on vacation through October.
