Chapel – Along with an array of spirit songs, we had a guest pastor, Monty Wright, founder of Planet Changer in Fall City.  Pastor Wright spoke about the work Planet Changers do. Planet Changers work all over the world.  He told us how they bring libraries and drinkable water to poor communities.   For our coin drive this year we have selected Planet Changers to be the recipient of our drive. They will use the funds to help families in Cambodia through education with the Bamboo Libraries. Please support the children with your spare change (dollars gladly accepted).

Pride Awards for this month went to Landon and Cody for really taking ownership of their classroom experience and making a difference.  That’s what I want to see!  I have been encouraging the children to come to me and ask what are some things they can do better or be better at so I can offer my advice.
