1st – Lesson 4-16 Adding ones and ones, and tens and tens.

Science – Function and Structure –  Building a beanstalk.  Using the story of Jack and the Beanstalk the children attempted to build a beanstalk that was tall or a beanstalk that might be shorter but able to support a golden egg.  They only had 10 pipe cleaners to work with.  Frustrating? Yes.
